Ultimately making technology more and more integral in every touchpoint a patient has with the healthcare system, from scheduling appointments and receiving treatment to follow-up care and support. As our patient population becomes increasingly interested in having an "Amazon-like" experience in all areas of consumerism, our local healthcare system leaders will discuss their applied experiences and outcomes in the New Jersey region.
